Are General Practitioners to be trusted?
Do GP’s seriously accept their oaths sworn as part of their professional standing?
Are GP’s to be trusted within their practices?Are GP’s to be trusted when they are paid as consultant GP’s to the DWP for purposes of medical assessments on patients claiming incapacity benefits? Are different sets of rules applied?
Is the medical incompetence and corruption seen in a GP abhorrent to the General Medical Council?
To answer, this is a short factual account of my dealings with Dr SIMON KAYE employed by the DWP Medical Assessment Centre in Mitre House Lancaster and the subsequent formal complaint to the GMC via a FIONA GARRY.
My GP signed me as unfit to work through stress (see links below: DWP to be added) 28 March 2006. I was able to claim the standard incapacity benefit; I claimed nothing else. I had never, ever claimed sick benefit previously.
The formal recognition that my former employers, Lancashire County Council, had driven me to illness was the fly in their ointment and with corrupt practices of staff in the DWP/JOBCENTREPLUS offices relevant, and the conspiracy which also involved AILEEN EAVES of Lancaster WELFARE RIGHTS via the forgery of my signature, a hurried date for "assessment" was arranged: 28 June 2006.
The DWP/ JCP staff included in this corruption and criminality were: KATH SUMNER and MALCOLME WILLIAMS from Mitre House offices Lancaster and, DAVID FOSTER, STEVE SIMPSON from Barry House Preston, ALAN RICE from Carlisle and JEAN LEE from Blackburn.
This was unusual, I had never claimed benefits of any kind and here there was a direct challenge to my GP’s diagnosis of illness rendering me incapable of work.
There were attempts to prevent me attending on the given date at the given time (LCC thugs to unsure my claim was ‘lost’) but I attended and the assigned GP for the DWP was Simon Kaye.
Simon Kaye had been briefed; he was agitated and knew what documents he wanted me to show him, they being the hospital results for the related industrial injury claim (link yet to be added).
I gave him a brief outline of matters with LCC which had made me so ill.
After I showed him some hospital papers he had settled down and the assessment then began.
At the end of that assessment I showed him 2 further documents: 1 of 3 pages and 1 of 1 page.
Those 4 pages spoke volumes.
The 3 pages were a witness statement sworn as being the truth and sworn under oath in Manchester Tribunals by a GEOFFREY CUNNINGHAM describing himself as a bailiff for either Lancashire County Council or Lancaster County Court whichever assertion suited the corruption better.
Cunningham’s statement had been signed in November 2004 in readiness for the tribunal in January 2005.
His statement declared that I owed money on court orders.
Cunningham was not a certified bailiff and was found to be a liar under oath in April 2005: Perjury. (link below)
The one page with that that I showed to S Kaye was my credit rating report. There were no county court judgements registered against me in my name at any address and never had been.
FRAUD, EXTORTION, DEMAND MONEY WITH MENACES, FORGERY = organised crime and all proven.
S Kaye showed me the report as it developed through his writing on his computer. He made the decision that I had enough to worry about aside from the medical appointments and recommended that I be signed as long term sick with no appointments for 1 year at least.
It was to be my birthday shortly after that date and true to form from the educated idiots and completely deranged in LCC, I received the letter stating that I was a malingerer as per the report signed by S Kaye. My incapacity benefits had been stopped. The DWP also said that my GP had been sent a copy of S Kaye’s report.
My GP had not received a copy of that report. I obtained one under Section 7 of the Data Protection Act 1998 from one clerk in Preston, Barry House, who was just doing her job.
It was not the report of Simon Kaye.
It was recorded that he had signed it but it was not signed.
It was amateurish in the extreme and contradictory; the medical comments were factually incorrect.
I wrote to Simon Kaye, he replied saying he hadn’t seen the report so couldn’t comment until he had. I asked how he could have signed it if he hadn’t seen it. I still cannot be told.
He asked me to send him a copy, which I did. His behaviour became strange.
My GP rang him asking for a copy, he refused to send her a copy.
The DWP refused to send her a copy.
I reported Simon Kaye to the GMC and signed a form agreeing that the report could be released to them from either S Kaye or the DWP.
Nobody would send the GMC a copy.
S Kaye told the GMC that he didn’t have a copy although his practice had received the one I posted to him.
I hand delivered another copy. He denied ever having that as well.
I supplied my GP and the GMC with copies. My GP agreed with me that no GP could have made the medical comments that S Kaye had supposedly made. Idiots had written that report, and I could prove it. It was LCC and Lancashire police (linked via IAN FISHER see links).
The GMC said that S Kaye would be struck off if what I said was true.
I had cogent evidence to show that it was true.
Fiona Grry of the GMC did nothing even though S Kaye showed himself to be what he was in his frantic efforts to extricate himself from the corruption apparent.
The issue of the report sent to me as being different to what had been on his computer on the 28th June 06 arose.
S Kaye wrote saying that there had been two reports that day and that the first one had been destroyed. My GP wanted to know if the reports had been the same how had he known which one had been destroyed. I also asked that. He did not reply.
Simon Kaye then wrote saying that my GP had written to him stating that she was concerned for my mental health.
Liar that he was.
Despite my frequent requests as per my legal rights no one can send me a copy of that letter that my GP has no record of ever writing.
Why did Simon Kaye allow his report to be altered?
On leaving the assessment room on the 28th June 06 he asked me, "Who would do all this to you?"
I told him, collectively ‘they’ were known as the Freemasons.
He went very pale.
He was yet another afraid of those mentally retarded, outmoded members of that silly boys club.

S Kaye should have been more of a professional, not least a man with backbone.
S Kaye was assured that all my documents were to be taken from me and that I would be able to prove nothing.S Kaye had been misinformed.
I had been vastly underestimated. The DWP’s part in that was to try and rewrite their history.
In October 2006 Barry House wrote saying that I had then just completed a form and attended a medical.
The report from that medical had been sent to me GP. It had not been sent, there couldn’t have been one. I had not attended any medical aside from the one of 28th June 2006.
I have asked a few times for a copy of any form I completed in October 2006, for a copy of any letter sent to me saying there was to be an October medical and, where it was to be and who was the assessing GP. I remain ignored even now.
The concerted efforts of all concerned to remove my documents from me, if successful, would have seen the form and report from October 2006 replacing the one from June 2006. The October report would have entered the records as the true document. And somebody would have forged my signature again.
Kafka couldn’t have dreamed this up.
And sadly for the organised criminals and state thugs involved, I haven’t dreamed it up: I still have all my documents.

How many individuals have been cheated out of benefit claims in similar matter? Individuals more vulnerable than I am who feel that things are wrong but don’t know where to start to examine them?
Why is S Kaye still employed by the DWP as assessor on such claims now? Why wasn’t he struck off?
S Kaye has done one favour; he will be obliged to do more. That is how corruption works: cancerous local government corruption.

Thank you for taking the time to read this: my concern is the latest initiative which forces benefits applicants to deal via the phone and mail only. Many cases will be lost through corrupt practices and there will never be accountablity. David Foster I understand as per above ahs been moved, probably to a better paid post, he will not have been held to account. And what of Dr Kaye? Employed on the day in question by Atos Origin and presumably still making money and without a conscience. So much for the oath sworn.
